Liam Harberd

I learnt my trade as a web designer, naturally owning both the UI and UX and still have the craft of design at heart. I love nothing more than getting hands-on in product design roles, working collaboratively with all disciplines, users and the business to bring concepts from sketches through to hi-fidelity prototypes and live products. I thrive in both the conceptual and delivery stages of a project even the messy middle.

I have 7+ years experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of designers in both a remote and face to face environments, for some of the biggest companies and projects in the world. I lead with empathy and efficiency to maximise the potential of the team, offering the support and mentorship to encourage growth, without suffocating individual strengths and talents. I get great satisfaction from this part of the job.
